Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 3:30PM (EST) will be shipped out the same day the order is placed. Orders of items in large quantities or orders of items that require assembly may need additional time. If this is the case, you will be contacted by E-mail or phone. If an item that happens to be out of stock is ordered, we will contact you by E-mail or phone to resolve the issue.
International Shipping
Please note that international orders may have their shipping fees calculated incorrectly. If this occurs, you will be contacted by E-mail or phone to resolve the issue.
Returns & Refunds
Master Elevator Parts offers a 45-Day Return policy. Returns are accepted if the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or not as described. If applicable, we will offer to repair or replace the item ordered or you may choose to receive a full refund. Items returned for other reasons may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned items will be subject to a verification of their condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment option used. Master Elevator Parts reserves the right to issue refunds at our discretion.
